RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — One of Richmond’s biggest St. Patrick’s Day celebrations, Shamrock The Block, is returning this weekend. The famous street festival will make its way to Leigh Street You can also bounce around to the "Almost St. Patrick's Day" bar crawl that starts at Poe's Pub in Shockoe, hits Rosie Connolly's Pub and has food stops at La Bodega. 4-9pm. $15. Sunday, March 16. The Oddities Expo at the Greater Richmond Convention Center is a festival self-described as "a peculiar paradise where weird thrives." 11am-7pm.
